Neil Plumridge
Co-Founder
Neil Plumridge has spent more than 30 years helping leaders and organizations find clarity, growth, and purpose in complex, changing environments. His consulting career has taken him to more than 20 countries, working with some of the world's largest corporations and public institutions to deliver transformation and results that last.
A former senior partner at Kearney, EY, and PwC, Neil served on both local and global leadership teams, helping to shape firm strategy, build high-performing teams, and coach hundreds of partners and directors to operate at the highest levels. Across boardrooms, client sites, and long flights between them, he learned that enduring consulting success is built not just on ideas but on the daily habits that sustain trust, growth, and client relationships over time.
Neil studied in Australia at Swinburne University of Technology and in the United States at Emory University and Harvard Business School, where his curiosity for leadership, behavioral science, and performance first began to intersect.
Today he divides his time between advising executives and running professional development programs for consulting firms around the world. Known for his grounded storytelling and practical wisdom, Neil's work blends strategy with reality, helping consultants and leaders alike create bigger impact, one deliberate habit at a time.

Robert Nason
Co-Founder
Robert Nason's career spans 25 years in management consulting and 16 years in senior corporate roles. He has worked as a chairman, board member, CEO, and executive in the United States, Southeast Asia, and Australia. Robert's global consulting career includes national, international, and global leadership roles at KPMG, PwC, and Kearney.
After leaving school at the age of 16, Robert achieved academic and business success through a commitment to lifelong learning. Along the way he built successful consulting practices and became a trusted advisor to industry leaders on how to meet the challenges of disruption, technological change, and global competition. Robert has a particular fascination for identifying the most effective leadership behaviors and actions during “moments that matter” – the key action and decision points that impact strategic direction and transformational change.
Robert is a passionate believer in the skills and processes of management consulting and the techniques that provide value to clients seeking results. He remains actively involved in business affairs and the professional development of consulting staff.
