Most BD programs teach partners what to do. Ours is run by people who've done it, former senior partners and leaders of global tier-one consulting firms and senior executives who've sat on both sides of the table.

Each cohort of 15-25 partners or managing directors works on live client opportunities and real professional relationships throughout the program, not case studies. Participants actively develop their ability to originate deals, deepen existing client relationships, create new relationships, and pursue opportunities they would previously have left on the table.
